Join me on the first Saturday of the month for a guided 30 minute mindfulness drop-in from the comfort of your own home. A great way to kick-start the month, using the breath and body to create calm and balance, as well as the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals.
Feel free to drop in as little, or as often, as you wish!
These monthly sessions are designed to help consolidate and support your existing practise or simply for those who want tools to help stay grounded and experience the many benefits mindfulness has to offer.
The classes will be delivered via Zoom every first Saturday of the month at 09:30am.
