Supervision is at the heart of safe, ethical, and rewarding therapeutic practice. It’s not just about case discussion — it’s a space for reflection, growth, and support in the often demanding role of being a therapist.
With a Diploma in Clinical Supervision and over a decade of therapeutic experience, I provide supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, individually or in groups. Alongside my private practice work, I have also supervised students on the MA in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at the University of East London, which has given me a wealth of experience in supporting therapists at different stages of their professional journey.
My approach is integrative and relational. I don’t hold to one modality, but instead draw from a wide range of perspectives — including Person-Centred, CBT, Gestalt, TA, and Psychodynamic approaches. This flexibility allows me to meet supervisees where they are, valuing their unique therapeutic style while encouraging growth, curiosity, and ethical awareness. I see supervision as a collaborative process: a place where we can explore client work safely, think critically, and expand your skills and confidence as a practitioner.
I work with the Integrated Developmental Model of supervision, one of the most researched and practical frameworks available. This model recognises that each supervisee has different needs depending on their stage of professional development. For newer therapists, the focus may be on building confidence, competence, and grounding in theory and practice; for more experienced practitioners, it often becomes about deepening insight, honing clinical skills, and navigating complex dynamics. Whatever stage you are at, supervision with me is designed to support your professional growth and wellbeing as a therapist.
Ultimately, I aim to create a supervision space that feels safe, supportive, and stretching — somewhere you can bring both your challenges and successes, reflect openly, and feel encouraged in your work. With over 10 years’ experience as an integrative therapist and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision, I provide supervision that is supportive, collaborative, and designed to help you grow in confidence and competence as a practitioner.
I work with both trainees and experienced therapists from a wide range of modalities. My approach is relational and flexible, offering a space where you can reflect on your client work, deepen your understanding, and feel encouraged as you develop your practice. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your clinical work further, supervision with me is a chance to feel both supported and stretched in your professional journey.
