Coaching is all about creating a future scenario and helping you work towards it. It is less about spending time exploring the past, but instead, moving forwards to be where you want to be.
Creating transformational change is central to coaching. Working in this way is a more dynamic experience than therapy; it can include conversations that challenge and create opportunities for change, reflecting on values and setting intentional goals to help create the change you want.
I typically work with people who are ready for change and growth, but who also appreciate that it can be challenging to get there! Having the intention to make change is central to the coaching experience. Clients often want to make positive changes but are unsure how; we often have beliefs about ourselves that limit our progress or hold us back, but by shining a light on some of these unhelpful patterns, transformational change is possible. I have worked with clients to enhance confidence, improve relationships, achieve specific personal goals, or who feel they are ‘getting in their own way’ when it comes to making progress in a desired area.
