On-line Mindfulness drop-in this Saturday 5th February at 09:30am.

February is all about showing love, but when do we ever take the time to show ourselves love? Join me for a 30 minute mindfulness practise in which you’ll get the chance to create some space for self-compassion which has enormous benefits for our wellbeing.

A Zoom link will be sent in advance of the session.
