Mindfulness drop-in Thursday 6th January

January 6 @ 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join me for the first mindfulness drop-in session of 2022 to maintain your mindfulness practise or join as a complete beginner.

Regular mindfulness helps to strengthen focus and present moment awareness, this can transform the way we experience moments in life and brings greater ability to regulate emotions and reduce stress and anxiety.

A Zoom link will be sent in ahead of the session once registered.
