On-line Mindfulness drop-in this Saturday 2nd October at 09:30am.

Self-care has never been more important – join me for a 30 minute mindfulness practise in which you’ll get the chance to create some space for calm, stillness and balance. By coming back to the anchor of the breath in the body, mindfulness helps us to cultivate a haven of calm, reducing stress and anxiety.
