It’s not often we take time to unplug from the chaos of life to be still, connect with our bodies and allow some space for calm. This meditation will help us do just that, but with the added benefit of some much needed self-compassion.
In tough times, we are usually much tougher on ourselves leading to feelings of pressure, stress and a harsh inner voice. This 30 minute practise will focus on creating a calm, safe space in which to harness some much needed kindness for ourselves in these challenging times.
