The 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course is an evidence-based program that helps to cultivate calm and balance, and reduce stress and anxiety. It’s also a great tool for these challenging times, helping to reduce worry and negative thought patterns, and how we can use our the breath and the body to help restore calm, and to increase self-compassion.
Over 8 weeks on Saturday mornings, we will meet over Zoom for 1.5 hours to learn the techniques of mindfulness, understand more about our relationship with stress and develop ways to reduce anxiety. Group discussions, guided meditations and materials will all be provided to help mindfulness become a tool for life.
