This relaxing practise is for you if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety or tension. Life is particularly difficult to navigate right now, so why not take just 30 minutes for yourself using mindfulness techniques to help feel calmer, grounded and more balanced.

Suitable for beginners or those who want to enhance their current practise.

Allow yourself the time and space needed to just be in the present, nothing else.
