I am offering another evidence-based 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course from 12th February, spaces limited. This 8 week course is designed to help you build your practise, week by week through guided meditations, exercises and group discussions and gentle stretches to increase the skill of present moment awareness, helping you relate to your thoughts and your body in a more effective way.
This course of for all levels, beginners to mindfulness are welcome.
